We are pleased that Ulster County BOCES will administer and house the New York State Hudson Valley Regional Bilingual Education Resource Network (HV RBE-RN).
The HV RBE-RN (formerly known as BETAC) provides technical assistance, on-site consultation, and professional development to support districts and schools in promoting equity and excellence in the education of LEP/ELLs.
The HV RBE-RN serves the Lower and Mid-Hudson regions: 144 public school districts in the Dutchess, Delaware-Chenango-Madison- Otsego, Orange-Ulster, Putnam/Northern Westchester, Rockland, Southern Westchester, Sullivan, Ulster, and Otsego-Northern Catskills BOCES.
